Budget Studio.
A working budget should tell you what to fund, what to cut and what the fundraiser actually brings home.
Spend less.

Illustrative cash distribution
What can we get donated?
List donated goods or time separately. An in-kind donation is not cash and should not increase proceeds.
Planning scenarios are illustrative and may exclude costs not yet quoted. Browser edits remain local unless exported or in other people's dashboards.
What is actually approved?
Budget numbers are proposals. Use this separate decision register for written approvals, vendor quotes and paid amounts. Anyone using this local copy can edit the status: it is not a shared or official approval system.
| Budget item | Type | Planned $ | Status | Actual $ | Proof / decision ref | Remove |
|---|
Only mark “Approved with evidence” when an authorized decision is documented, and “Received / paid” only after confirmed records. Store sensitive documents in a restricted system; enter only a non-sensitive reference here. For multi-person use, move this log into a permission-controlled shared tool.
Want the numbers in a branded workbook?
Download the editable Excel workbook with organized tabs for small-town event budgets, actual versus approved expenses, real business outreach prospects, volunteer shifts, social media planning, alumni pilots, grants and decisions. Values in the Excel file are separate from browser edits.
Proposal only. Sample income and expenses are planning scenarios, not verified fundraising results.
