CAMPAIGN HQ / FINANCIAL PLANNING

Budget Studio.

A working budget should tell you what to fund, what to cut and what the fundraiser actually brings home.

ⓘ

Editable planning scenarios. Budgets now use SMALL-TOWN participation scenarios (four softball teams, 100 5K entries, 150 concert attendees, a 50-donor alumni pilot, and Battle of the Badges). All figures are hypothetical, not approved commitments. Your edits save only in this browser. Export a backup to move them. Insurance, permits, taxes and payment fees must be confirmed.

DECISION LOG / THIS BROWSER ONLY

What is actually approved?

Budget numbers are proposals. Use this separate decision register for written approvals, vendor quotes and paid amounts. Anyone using this local copy can edit the status: it is not a shared or official approval system.

Only mark “Approved with evidence” when an authorized decision is documented, and “Received / paid” only after confirmed records. Store sensitive documents in a restricted system; enter only a non-sensitive reference here. For multi-person use, move this log into a permission-controlled shared tool.
